There were enough staff members available and only two customers in the shop, yet I was repeatedly ignored and made to feel unwelcome. While another customer was getting full attention and proper help, I was brushed off with short answers and left standing around having to ask again and again for assistance. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me. I came genuinely ready to buy sunglasses and left feeling judged and unwelcome.
